Modular stainless steel device rails for secure and flexible mounting of medical equipment – individually customizable, standards-compliant and easy to install.
Stainless Steel Hollow Rail
Stainless steel hollow rail 25×10×1.5 mm with welded threaded bolts – suitable for mounting medical devices with claw fastening. The length of individual device rails is individually adjustable at no extra cost.
Design: Wall mounting plates made of aluminum, bolts made of stainless steel, one mounting flange per rail with grounding connection and a plastic cover. The ends of the device rails are sealed with plastic caps.
Quick and Easy Installation
Sophisticated mounting system: Position rail, drill holes, fasten with screws and anchors. For maintenance or retrofitting, the device rail can be completely removed from the wall brackets by loosening one screw per bracket.
Load capacity: 120 kg/m at bracket spacing of 40 cm, 100 kg/m at bracket spacing of 50 cm.
Flexible Configuration
Available in standard and custom lengths from 500 mm to 3000 mm. Special designs with individual bracket spacing and as solid rails available on request.
Cover Flap Colors
The plastic cover flaps are available in four colors and can be color-matched to the room design.

Custom Manufacturing
On customer request, we manufacture device rails with different bracket spacings or with precisely defined bracket positions. Device rails can also be manufactured as solid rails. Project-specific drawings are available on request.
